COVID-19 Policy
As an affiliate of the Academy of Management, the Eastern Academy of Management abides by their COVID-19 policy:
By registering and attending the 59th Annual Meeting of the Eastern Academy of Management (EAM), attendees understand and agree to comply with all COVID-related procedures implemented by EAM, the city of Portland, the State of Maine and the Westin Harborview hotel based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). This may include, but is not limited to: providing proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, proof of a negative test, wearing a mask, and observing social distancing requirements and restrictions placed on certain activities that carry higher COVID-related risk.
EAM's
COVID-19 policy follows the mandates imposed by the city of Portland to
prioritize the health and safety of our in-person Annual
Meeting attendees, exhibitors, and partners. By agreeing to attend, you
understand and commit
to abide by these measures to ensure everyone's safety.
The Eastern Academy of Management will require registrants to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination at the time of registration. EAM will require registrants to agree to submit a Personal Responsibility Waiver, also at the time of registration.
Face coverings may be required for all registrants, exhibitors, and partners, regardless of vaccination status.
The Eastern Academy of Management has the right and duty to restrict access to anyone in violation of conference center, city, or state guidelines.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing to EAM2022@ubalt.edu. For all cancellations requests received after May 1, 2022 and before May 12, 2022, the amount paid less a $100 processing fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after May 15, 2022.
There will be a charge of $25 to transfer a registration to another person. Transfer requests must be made by May 12, 2022 in writing to EAM2022@ubalt.edu. No transfers will be issued after this date.
