Refund Policy: Our refund policy reflects the increasing financial commitments we make as the conference approaches, including confirmed headcounts, food and beverage minimums, and venue costs. As these expenses become non-recoverable, our ability to offer full refunds decreases. Processing fees are non-refundable as they are charged by third-party systems. 100% refund through April 10 less processing fees, a 50% refund from April 11 to May 8 less processing fees, and no refunds beginning May 9.
